Attention All Sun Ranch Homeowners:
It has been brought to Management’s attention that a burglary took place during broad daylight at 3:00 PM on Balsam Fir Circle, the intruders entered the by jumping the back wall on Thornton Ave.
One of the intruders were caught on the owners ring door bell camera, it appears that one of burglars entered Balsam Fir from the park, walked down the street and knocked on the door to check to see if anyone was home. Thankfully, the owners were not home when the incident occurred.
Please be vigilant, do not leave windows unlocked, garage doors open and keep an eye out any suspicious activity in the neighborhood. If you do witness anyone that seems suspicious, please report to the Menifee Police Dept. at 951-210-1000 Immediately!

2020 Association Budget!
At the September 18, 2019 Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the 2020 Association Budget. The association has plenty of equity which allows the dues to remain the same at $48.00 per month with an abatement of assessments for January & February 2020. Everyone homeowner will receive a copy of the Budget before the 12/31 year end. If you have any questions, please contact management.
The Annual Election was held on September 18,
2019 only 14 ballots out of 239 homeowners were received. Due to the lack of
quorum the meeting was adjourned to October 17, 2019 at 12:00 PM.
If you have not returned your ballot please do so, the Election mailer is
costly to the homeowners association, which are your dollars. Please take the
time and return, it has been many years since quorum for the Election has been
achieved at Sun Ranch. Be a part of the Community and cast your ballot by
October 17, 2019.
